Why we built Carousel Casino
We had been gambling online for years and got tired of what everyone else did. This is what we changed, and how you can check that we actually did it.
How withdrawals actually work
Every settled bet writes a round record. Copy the round ID and send it to support with your username, and an agent can pull the full record. The payout, the multiplier and the timestamp are fixed the moment the round closes, so nothing can be edited after the fact.
Why our bonuses are stated plainly
Every offer shows its wagering requirement before you claim it. Cashback and rakeback pay into your withdrawable rand balance with no rollover; deposit-match bonuses carry the requirement printed on the offer, and never more.
Fast, rand withdrawals
Voucher and EFT payouts are processed throughout the day. Complete FICA once and most cashouts are paid to your bank account quickly; larger amounts may need a second review, which is the only case where you will wait.
